Users warrant that they are entitled to post comments and that such comments do not infringe on third-party rights. SMS reserves the right to remove any comments considered inappropriate or offensive.

SMS discloses information only to employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that need the information to process it on SMS's behalf. Policy: SMS will not rent or sell personally-identifying information to anyone.
